Mahinda Deshapriya collects pension card

Elections Commissioner Mahinda Deshapriya came to the Pensions Department to obtain his Pension card. He stated that though he had retired on the 6^th of June he was unable quit because according 19^th Amendment he is duty bound to serve till a new elections commissioner was appointed. He said he would function as elections commissioner till 19A was fully implemented.
