Sale of Srilankan and Indian Women in Oman?

Times of Oman published a news item quoting that Srilankan and Indian women are being sold for 1500 riyal.

 There are laid down regulations in Oman to get down women as house maids. But house maids are deployed illegally and paid 80 riyal per month. Experienced house maids are paid 100 to 120 riyals per month, Times of Oman reported.
