Ubaya Medawala Appointed as the Army Chief of Staff

Major General Ubaya Medawala has been appointed as the new Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Army and Major General Channa Gunathilaka has been appointed the Deputy with effect from 1^st November 2016 , the Defence Ministry said today.
