We Won’t Take Debt Burden to the Next Generation – PM

While introducing five year plan in  Parliament yesterday, the PM said  revolutionary economic thinking will strengthen  the country . He outlined  the following important facts in his 5 year plan:-

01. Releasing  15 acres of  land  in Hambantota to Chinese investors to develop it . This will help our economy.

02.  New scheme to resolve shortage of the teachers in schools.

03.  To increase per capita  income by 8000 dollars.

04.  500, 000  houses to middle class people.

05. Entering into  Commercial agreements with countries , which has a  population over 2  billion.

06.  Opening a gateway  to   South, West, North , East  Global units.

07.  Building 65, 000 houses in war affected areas.

08.  Internet  facilities to all.

09.    Encouraging   electronic transactions  instead of cash.

10.  Providing  Tab  to G. C. E  A/L students.

11. New institution to convert  Government  commercial enterprises into a profitable venture.

12.  Establishing 250 markets island wide.

13.  As from 2017   providing  vocational training to public as well as private sector.

The Prime Minister  clearly explained the implementation process of the above items in Parliament yesterday.
