Rs 100 Billion Additional Revenue From VAT Increase

 The  Director General of  Fiscal  Policy of the Treasury  ,  A.K. Senaviratne said,  that they expect  additional revenue of 100 billion  through this VAT increase introduced. Now the annual VAT  revenue is  Rs 280 billion which will be increased to  Rs  380  billion at the end of next  year, he said.
