Anura on War Path With Ranil

JVP member of parliament Anura Kumara Dissanayake appears to have been on war path with the Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe on Central Bank bond scam. Earlier he accused Ranil led UNP members in the COPE tried to derail the COPE report by presenting a dissent report.

Now in a press conference called at JVP Head quarters he said, that in a statement made by the former Governor of Central Bank. Arjun Mahendran, he has clearly stated that on advice given by the Prime Minister Ranil the bid was called for bond issue. Hence, the involvement of Ranil Wickremasinghe in the Central Bank Scam cannot be completely ruled out. Only a thorough investigation can bring the real facts, he concluded.
