Supplementary Estimate of 5.103 Billion Submitted?

For the year ended 31^st December 2016, a supplementary estimate of 5.103 Billion reported to have been submitted in Parliament today. Supplementary estimate is in respect of capital and reconstruction expenditure. Major portion of the supplementary estimate said to be for import of vehicles to ministries.
