UNP Kelani Electorate Organizer Post to Sarath Fonseka

At a function held in Sirikotha today,  the Leader of  the United National Party (UNP) Rail Wickramasinghe  has handed over letter of appointment  as organizer of the UNP  to  Kelani electorate to Marshal Sarath Fonseka.
