AG halts Tiran Alles’s arrest

 

The Attorney General on Monday (28) yet again halted the arrest of Parliamentarian Tiran Alles until the Fundamental Rights (FR) petition filed by the Parliamentarian at the Supreme Court is heard again.

Mr. Alles filed the Fundamental Rights petition seeking an order to prevent his arrest in connection with an alleged financial misappropriation amounting to approximate Rs. 640 million at the Reconstruction and Development Agency (RADA), Fast News Court reporter stated.
