Edward Snowden says FBI Can Check Clinton’s 650,000 emails in ‘Minutes to Hours’

US Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, just two days before the polls, got a huge respite from the FBI when they announced that no criminal charges can be filed against her related to her private emails. FBI director James Comey announced that that the new evidence filed against Clinton does not change the agency’s decision and it is evident that she should not face criminal charges.
Clinton’s Republican rival Donald Trump was quick to respond to FBI’s announcement and alleged another conspiracy theory when he said that FBI could not have checked the 650,000 private emails so quickly. “Right now she’s being protected by a rigged system. It’s a totally rigged system,” Trump said during a campaign speech in Michigan. “You can’t review 650,000 new emails in eight days. You can’t do it, folks.”
Trump’s claims immediately sparked a conspiracy theory and many started wondering whether there was some truth behind the businessmen’s claims or a ‘rigged’ system.
An American journalist Jeff Jarvis asked the NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, who is currently living in asylum in Russia after he leaked NSA secret documents, whether the FBI could have checked the email. “Hey @Snowden, for context, how long would it take the NSA to dedupe 650k emails?”, Jarvis asked Snowden. In just 140 characters, the former CIA agent proved Trump’s theory wrong and explained how it could have been done.
Capture
With the speculation of criminal charges against Hillary Clinton being cleared just before the elections, the Democratic candidate has a 4-point lead over Trump in the latest ABC/Washington Post poll. According to FiveThirtyEight, Clinton has a 70% chance of winning the elections and becoming the next US president.
