2017 Budget reading by Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake took nearly 3 hours. While Business People, Politicians and Public attentively watched TV and listened to radio, few MPs appears to have not been taken up or impressed by the budget went to sleep in Parliament.  Photos below confirm it:
