Water Cut Lasting 12 Hours in Several Areas Of Colombo

The National Water Supply and Drainage Board has  announced that due to urgent repairs to the power transmission system supplying electricity to the Ambatale water treatment plant,  a 12 hour water cut will be imposed in several areas including Colombo, Dehiwala-Mount Laivnia and Kaduwela from 9.00am to 9.00pm tomorrow (Nov. 19).

Hence, the water supply to the following areas will be  affected are  : Colombo, Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia, Kotte, Kaduwela municipal council area, Maharagama, Boralesgamuwa, Kolonnawa urban council area, Kotikawatta Mulleriyawa Pradeshiya Sabha area and Ratmalana.
