Shooting at Minuwangoda Cost One live

A man has been killed after an unidentified gunman had opened fire at him in Peellawatta area in Minuwangoda.

 The suspect had fled the scene in a motorbike soon after the shooting incident on this morning.  A police investigation is underway to apprehend the suspect.  The remains of the deceased are kept at the Minuwangoda base hospital pending a post-mortem.
