If Bus Operation Stopped More than 3 Days Route Permit Cancelled

Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation ,  Nimal Siripala De Silva  reported to have  said, that he has  briefed   the cabinet  that  if bus operators  struck work  for   more than 3 days  inconveniencing   the public, route permit of such operators  will be cancelled forthwith.

There are so many applicants in pending list to obtain  route permit.  If any bus operator join hands with striking bus operators and struck work for more than 3 days, their  route permit will be cancelled and new permits will be issued to new entrance to ensure smooth  public bus service.  He said, that the cabinet has approved this arrangement.
