5 Crime Group Members Arrested

Five suspects including a 16-year-old boy, believed to be members of an organized crime group in Jaffna were arrested  by a policemen team attached to the Kopay police in Urumpirai area in Jaffna last evening (03). A motorbike, mobile phone and two swards were also taken into police custod. The suspects was identified as residents of Chunnakam, Kopay and Urumpirai areas. They will be produced before the Jaffna Magistrate’s Court today.
