DMO Attacked a Doctor

Dr. Dahamsiri Hettiarachchi  was recording a song in the hospital premises.

During this time  District Medical Officer (DMO), who happened to see this   assaulted Dr. Dahamsiri,  who was attached to the Sooriyawewa Divisional Hospital .

He is now hospitalized.  However, the accused Dr. C. Weerasinghe said such an incident did not take place.

Police is investigating into the incident.
