Probe on Hirunika’s Allegations on ‘VIP treatment’ for Duminda in Prison

MP Hirunika Premachandra alleged in Parliament that former MP Duminda Silva  cum  a condemned prisoner  even had a birthday party with his family members inside the prison recently. She also alleged that a number of other prisoners,  who were powerful personalities were enjoying special treatment and facilities in the prison.

Prison authorities revealed  that  they are conducting a probe into the allegations levelled by  Hirunika.
