Appointments to Those Who Have Not Applied for the Post?

Certain politician from Matala area have issued hospital labourer appointments to women in that area, who are not interested on doing such a job. When there are many GCE (O/L) &GCE(A/L) qualified women in that area, who are seeking whatever a job available, these appointments are thrusted upon women who do not want it.  Observers in Matale area said, jobs had fallen from the haven without applying for it.
