Minister S B Assures Provincial Council Powers won’t be Reduced or Taken Over

Minister of Social Empowerment and Welfare S.B Dissanayake stated at a media briefing held in Kandy yesterday, that the government is not attempting to transfer the authority of the provincial council or assign its powers to a single minister through the development special provisions draft bill.
