Champika Ranawaka is The Architect of BBS – Mahinda

During   his meeting with foreign correspondents based in Srilanka ,   Mahinda Rajapaksa  said,   that Bodu Bala Sena was created by Patali Champika Ranawake. He was also misled by it.

Previous Rajapaksa  government’s seemingly indifferent attitude towards the BBS  eroded support for him among minority communities in the country, which played an important role  in his defeat at the 2015 Presidential Election.

BBS General Secretary Galagodaatte Gnanasara Thera recently told Ranawaka , that he will be the  President of  Srilanka  in the year  2020, Rajapaksa also added. However, Ranawaka will not be a challenge to his political path, he concluded.
