Minister Mustapha Refuse to Accept Delimitation Report

Minister  of Local Government and Provincial Councils,  Faizer Mustapha  refused to accept the delimitation report submitted by the   Chairman of the Committee Asoka Peris on the ground that only three committee members have signed the report . Minister has advised the Chairman to inform  the other two  committee members to sign the report . He categorically stated the report is not valid in law unless otherwise all 5 members  sign the report . Chairman Asoka Peris  has undertaken to write to other  two committee members to re submit the report within  three of four days.  Minister further said, if other two committee members refuse  to sign the report,   he will  consider alternate  steps within the law, he concluded.
