Display of Superiority by Using Rs.20 Note to Lit a Cigarette

In Kataragama area a man travelling in a super luxury car stopped it near a boutique and pulled out a Rs.20 note from his purse and used it to lit a cigarette. Now a days Rs.20 is not a big amount. But this so called man thought it fit to stage this drama in front of others to show his superiority. This type of individuals never drop even Rs, 5 or Rs.10 coins to a beggar.
