The younger Rajapaksa hosted a Question and Answer session on facebook yesterday where facebook users posed several questions to him. When , one user pointed out that if the Rajapaksas comes to power once more, it will be to the detriment of the minority community of Sri Lanka, Namal said, “I always believe in national unity. I think you’d agree that with the end of the war, we all are now living in a much safer Sri Lanka. As you know, my father did a lot of work in the Northern and Eastern Provinces to uplift the living standards of the Tamil and Muslim communities in those regions. Both, my Father and I, will always stand up for the minority communities in this country.”
