Gota , Fonseka & Mahinda to be Questioned by CID

The CID  has sought  permission from the President and the Prime Minister  to question  and record  statements  in connection with the murder of  Sunday leader editor Lasantha Wickramathunga .

For political reason,  specially on account of forthcoming Local Government  Election granting permission by  both of them are deferred, sources said.  Voice recording of conversation between Mahinda and Lasantha  had already been  released in social  media.

After completing inquiry with Gotabahya and Sarath Fonseka , inquiry will be held with Mahinda Rajapaksha, CID said.
