No Presidential Election in 2020

Minister of Health Rajitha Senaratne said yesterday, that the President and the Government is  determined to strip the powers of the President as promised to the Public. There is no change in it.

People who were not associated with the President then during the election promise are now telling  that the powers of the President should not be reduced. No need to take serious note of it. As we  have to complete the changes, it will take time. Hence, holding Presidential Election in the year 2020 is very remote, he concluded.
