Ven. Athuraliye Rathana Thera Should Resign from the National List MP Post

 Jathika Hela Urumaya and the UNP had signed  an agreement before the last  election. Ven. Athuraliye Rathana Thera  was given national list MP post on behalf of the Jathika Hela Urumaya.

 As he  has decided  to act as an independent MP, he should resign from the nationalist MP post .  Jathika Hela Urumaya,  advisor Omalpe Sobitha Thero said  .  If  he refuse to resign from the national list post, the UNP will take legal steps against him .
