Appeal By Raviraj Family Dismissed By Court Of Appeals

 The jury in December acquitted and released the accused in the Nadarajah Raviraj murder case, including three former navy intelligence personnel.

The Court of Appeals today dismissed the appeal filed by the wife of late TNA MP Nadarajah Raviraj against the verdict of the jury of the Raviraj murder trial.

The Court of Appeals rejected her appeal today on the grounds that the petitioner was not present and was not represented.
