FCID Tracking Rajapaksha’s at Medamulana

The Financial Crime Investigation Division officers  yesterday  once again visited the premises in Medamulana, Weerakettiya and conducted investigations at the D.A Rajapaksha museum located in between the tombs of late D.A. Rajapaksha and his wife.

A FCID officer said, investigations being conducted on  the allegation of misappropriation of public funds for the construction of the D.A. Rajapaksha museum.  The Southern Provincial Valuation officers  were summoned to the site to investigate and prepare  the final valuation report.  It was alleged that Srilanka Land Reclamation and Development Corporation funds were used for the construction of these  D.A. Rajapaksha museum.
