Weather Forecast For 22nd January 2017
Due to the wave type disturbance in the vicinity of Sri Lanka, Showery weather condition is expected to enhance during next few days (especially from today to 24th of January).
Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in the Northern, North-central, Eastern, Central, Uva and Southern provinces.
Showers or thundershowers will occur elsewhere,particularly after 2.00 pm.
Heavy falls (about 100 mm) are also likely at some places.
There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
