Websites Promoting Religious & Ethnic Hatred Damaging National Reconciliation to be Blocked…

Director General of Government Department of  Information Dr.Ranga Kalansooriya said, that  it was decided to block websites, which carry propaganda material damaging  the National reconciliation and   co existence  of different races in Srilanka.  As  some of the websites engaged  in spreading  religious  and  racial hatred, the  Government  proposed to take this  action is the best interest of the public.
