A High Tension Electric Post Found to be Comfortable to eat Food?

 

In Nawalapitiya Town people witnessed a strange scene on a high tension electric post     yesterday. A man, believed to be around fifty years of age from Ulapone was seen climbing an electric post holding a high tension wire, carrying with him a pack of rice and a bottle of water.

Seeing the man climbing this post, workers from the electrical department, who had been in the vicinity alerted the Ceylon Electricity Board that acted quickly to cut off the power supply, thus saving the life of the man. The police was called in. Along with the people in the town they managed to bring the man down from the electrical post and he was rushed to the Nawalapitiya Hospital thereafter. Man’s mental status need to be examined to ascertain what made him to climb the high tension electric post.
