Hoarding of Sugar Led Price Increase

 Large scale sugar  hoarding  took place.  Hence, sugar price has gone up  from Rs 110  to  Rs 125.

 On a study done by the Consumer Protection Authority, it was found  that the main reason  for the price increase of 1kg  sugar  was due to the increase in  wholesale price  from  Rs 93– Rs 95  to  Rs 105.
