Johnston’s Case Fixed on 26th May

Parliamentarian Johnston Fernando was  accused of failing to declare his assets and liabilities for 5 years between the period from 2010 to 2014 and had charges filed against him on five counts.
Court today ordered the case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption against Former Minister Parliamentarian Johnston Fernando to be taken up on the 26th of May.
The order was issued by Colombo Chief Magistrate Lal Ranasinghe this morning(21). Court ordered the witnesses in the case to be present in Court during the next hearing.
