Bail Granted to Dhammaloka Thera

Ven. Uduwe Dhammaloka Thera was summoned to court over the case of noise pollution using public addressing systems between 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. in the morning at Alan Mathiniyaramaya Temple at Polhengoda, Colombo.

He  has been released on bail by Colombo Additional Magistrate Dulani Amarasinghe today, after he surrendered to court in line with the arrest warrant issued previously by the court.

He  was subsequently released and his arrest warrant was recalled on an additional surety bail of Rs. 100,000.
