Kleptomaniac Stealing Underwear Caught in Camera

Two shopkeepers established  their  trade  centers  in a certain town.  Their trade  centers are located opposite  to each other on the main road of the town. One can see other while conducting their business. One of them was residing with his family in a house adjoining his shop, while the other’s family was living elsewhere. The first shopkeeper’s family included a young woman. She  bathed in the evening and hung out her clothes on a line in the garden.

The other shopkeeper had silently  observed this, and at darkness  he had surreptitiously crossed the road and stolen the women’s panties.  This he  had done on more than one occasion. The young lady had complained to her family  members that her clothes were getting lost. Her brother had then fixed a CCTV camera to catch the thief. The next day too as usual her clothes had been taken. Brother  examined the CCTV footage and found  to his surprise the other shopkeeper was  seen  removing the panties.  Kleptomaniac  was  awakened by a  early morning call. When he  learned the situation in order to avoid the resulting scandal, he had left the area, leaving his business unattended.
