Rupee Value not Administered by the Central Bank –CB Governor

Central Bank Governor, Indrajith Kumaraswamy said, that the rupee value against dollar is not administered by the Central Bank. If it is administered by the Central Bank, there would be waste of foreign exchange. Further he said,
