Fight between Ranil and Duminda over Battaramulla Actress Sabeetha Perera’s Building Rent of 27 Million

The government has obtained a building belongs to popular Sinhala film actress Sabeetha Perera at Battaramulla and paid 27 million as rent. But the building was never occupied by the Ministry of Agriculture for which it was taken. Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe said to have submitted the relevant cabinet paper and obtained approval to secure this building on rent. Hence, he should take full responsibility said, Duminda Dissanayake in a press discussion. He further said, that although he originally requested Battaramulla building for his ministry, later on he expected another building with other normal facilities.
