As Drought Relief Pakistan Donates 10,000 MT of Rice to Sri Lanka.

In response to PM’s request to assist SL in the wake of severe drought in the country, Pakistan yesterday  dispatched 10,000 MT rice to Sri Lanka.

 The procedure for the dispatch of 10,000 MT rice to Sri Lanka through containerized shipments, has been initiated. The first shipment out of 10,000 MT rice from Pakistan  will reach Sri Lanka on April 3.

Earlier in February, Pakistan has  dispatch 25 MT of rice  to Srilanka.
