Central Bank Bond Presidential Commission Period Extended by three Months
The President has appointed a three member Presidential Commission on 27th January to inquire into the Central Bank bond scamp and report back within three months. The Chairman of the Presidential commission has informed the President, that it is difficult to complete the investigation, where evidences of several officials have to be recorded. Further it is a time consuming exercise. Hence, he requested the President to extend the period of the Presidential Commission by further three months. President has granted further three months to the Presidential Commission on bond scamp to complete its task.
