English speaking daughter of a powerful minister has made it a habit to get into her father’s ministry and issue orders regarding awarding of tenders and contracts to her friends. Apart from this, she directs even general financial transactions. The Chief Accounting officer, the Ministry Secretary too oblige to her directions.

Head of the departments and other high officials of the ministry carryout her directions. Some of the officials who do not understand fluent English spoken by this lady, just shake their heads and say “Yes, Madam okay Madam” to her.
