District Judge Refuses Interim Injunction Against GMOA Strike

A heart patient  has filed a petition in the Colombo District Court  seeking  Courts intervention  to issue  interim injunction against proposed strike scheduled  tomorrow(7) .After examining the case, the District Judge  declined  to issue interim  injunction. Instead  he has ordered GMOA to appear before the Court on   4^th May  2017 .
