Aspirations of the Tamil People Have Been Ignored – Sampanthan

Leader of the Opposition  cum Leader of the TNA  R. Sampanthan made the statement during a ceremony held for the distribution of 150 houses to the displaced, in the Nadunkeni area in Vavuniya.
 It  stated that the Tamil people of Sri Lanka are quite disappointed by the way the present government has been acting.  He added that the present govt. is not providing solutions to the problems the Tamil people face.
 Further, he stated that although two year have gone by after the election of the present government, a solution hasn’t been presented  regarding the missing persons issue, to this date, and should immediately focus on the issues the Tamil people are facing.
