Special Bus Service to Return to Work

After the new year celebration, officers and workers have to return back to their working places especially in large numbers to Colombo and suburbs. Chief Operational Officer of the SLTB (CTB) ,P.H.R.T.Chandrasena said , that all arrangements have been made in all island wide to deploy special  buses to transport back the working crowd to Colombo on Monday 17 th . Hence , As from tomorrow , 16 th this special bus service will be put on service, he said.

In the meantime, Private Bus Operators Union leader Gamunu Wijeratne said, that 50 % of their buses will operate from tomorrow. From Monday number of buses will be increased and by Wednesday, it will return back to normal.
