Complaint Against Wimal & 6 Others
Colombo Chief Magistrate Lal Ranasinghe ordered today to file a complaint against MPs Wimal Weerawansa, Jayantha Samaraweera and Weerakumara Dissanayake, Provincial Minister Roger Senevirathne and former MPs Piyasiri Wijenayake, Mohamed Muzammil and Chaminda Jayalal.
The suspects have been accused of causing disturbance to the public by blocking Baudhdaloka Mawatha and Havelock road on 6th February 2016 staging a huge protest in front of UN Head office in Colombo.
