Terms of the Presidential Commission on CB Extended by 3 Months.

President appointed a three member commission comprising Supreme Court judges Justice K.T. Chitrasiri, Justice Prasanna Sujeewa Jayawardena and retired Deputy Auditor General Vellupillai Kandasamy on 27^th January 2017.

Followed by this, the term of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate the sale of Central Bank bonds has been extended by three months.

A spokesman said the term,  which ended on 27^th April 2017  had been extended by President Maithripala Sirisena till 27^th July 2017.
