There is a high possibility of enhancing afternoon thundershowers during next few days.

Showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Southern, Central and Uva provinces after 2.00  p.m.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
