After the Meethotamulla garbage dump disaster most of the families were shifted to other areas. However, 200 people around the danger zone declared by the disaster management center have refused to move out risking their lives. 101 gardens in Dahampura are among the danger zones indentified by the disaster management center.
Last night (1) Government has made to evacuate the danger zone.
