Rishad Seeks Cooperation of NPC & EPC to Rebuild North East Factories.

In the last budget speech, Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake proposed to revise the charges levied by Institutions, organizations, Unions and group of companies coming under the purview of Registrar of companies functioning under the Ministry of Industry and commerce.

Rishad has submitted a paper in Parliament revising above mentioned charges and sought approval of Parliament. While speaking on the subject in Parliament Rishad said, that the Ministry of Industry and Commerce has taken adequate steps to rebuild deteriorated abandoned factories in the North and East and sought the cooperation of the Northern and Eastern Provincial Councils, Parliamentarians and Politicians of the two provinces to make a successful reality. By restoring these factories, many benefits could be derived to the public, he concluded.
