Fairly strong winds at times (up to 50 kmph) can be expected over Northern half of the island during next few days.

Showers or thundershowers will occur in the Western, Sabaragamuwa and Southern provinces.

Showers or thundershowers will occur atseveral places elsewhere after 2.00p.m.

Fairly heavy falls (above 50mm) can be expected at some places.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
