Rice Sold Beyond Control Prices Consumers Complaints

 Consumers have complained  that  rice is sold  beyond  control price  fixed by the state.  They said, that Nadu rice which should be sold at  control price Rs 80 is being sold at   Rs 85 to Rs 90. In case of Samba rice the control price is Rs 90 but it has been sold at Rs 95 to Rs 100.

Traders complained  that rice millers   are offering  their rice  at prices more than the control price.  They stated that it cost Rs 85 to produce 1Kg of rice. Hence, traders are compelled to sell at a price higher than the control prices.
